

Bronze-Web-based-orderingWe are planning to introduce a web-based ordering system in the coming months. The reason for this is that we want to be accessible to our clients in their time zone and to further automate our service and thereby reduce any opportunity for error. Initially, we are planning to offer the service to our bronze distributors in our home market. This is so we can be on hand to fine tune the service once it starts and help get the service to its optimum performance. Then after we have completed the fine-tuning, we will roll it out customer-by-customer to the rest of our client base. The plan is to show any stock we have, the weight per length (for bar stock orders), current pricing and current ex works date. If you wish to have it earlier, then we will review the order once placed and confirm what we can achieve. The system will also automatically confirm any orders placed. In the future we will also have a customer portal where order status and shipping data can be viewed straight off our system.
