CNC Machinist

We are seeking to employ an experienced CNC Machinist. Ideally the person we are looking for would have:

• Trade qualifications
• At least two years experience in CNC machining, including programming, tool setting and process controls
• Experience on Okuma Mill Turn Lathes, Multi Spindle, Multi Turret lathes would be advantageous
• Excellent communication skills
• High level of motivation
• Excellent understanding of Health and Safety practices

Metal Casting Trade Operator(s)

Work 4 days – then have 4 days off!!

We are seeking to employ experienced Metal Casting Trade Operators, or suitable persons who are able to be trained.

We operate on a 4 x 4 (12 hours per day) shift basis, and we are looking for staff for both our day and night shift.

The person we are looking for will:

• Be physically strong and fit
• Be reliable and punctual
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have a high level of motivation
• Have an excellent understanding of Health and Safety practices

We offer competitive wage rates, depending on skills and experience, and a lifestyle shift pattern – work 4 days, then have 4 days off.

Whilst we would prefer somebody with experience in operating melt furnaces and casting machines, we are willing to train suitable applicants.

Factory Workers – Part and Full Time

Our machine shop has 28 Okuma CNC lathes and is the largest, most advanced production lathe shop in New Zealand.

We are looking to recruit energetic team players, whose duties would include etching, engraving, packing orders for internal despatch, finishing metal components, loading and unloading of parts on lathes etc.

You may not have a lot of experience yet, but you must be willing and keen to learn.

We operate a fantastic team culture, running day, afternoon, night and weekend shifts. We are open and flexible to job sharing and flexible hours. This would be an ideal opportunity for parents with children at school, and we would consider time off for school holidays if required.

You will be on your feet all day, and there is some heavy lifting involved, so a good level of physical fitness is required.
